Send In Materials

We ask that you consider putting your own advertisement together, especially as we do not send your hard copy materials back to you. 

But in the event that you need assistance, we can help. Know that students will be assembling your ad, and it may not be exactly what you envision. But they will certainly learn a lot about graphic design in the process.

To send or email materials for ad-making assistance:

Step 1: Acquire our form. All checks can be made out to BATHCSD.

Step 2: Determine your preferences. 

Step 3: Send your form, exact payment in cash or check, and materials by October 15th to:

A. Email digital materials: kortiz@bathcsd.org 

B. Mail or Drop Off the form, payment, and any hard copy materials:

Step 4: Check your order status in a few days to be sure we received it. Inquire with any questions before October 15th.

Another option is to use an app like Canva to design your ad yourself.
